This spacious bathroom has heated tile floors, perfect for those cold Utah winters! 

There are two separate outlets, several drawers, and a mirrored medicine cabinet.  

The shower is roomy and beautifully tiled, and there is plenty of room for laundry hampers or storage against the charming exposed brick wall.

Above the shower is a deep storage nook, great for those infrequently used items like holiday decorations or luggage.

The laundry room is right off the bathroom and easily accommodates a full-size washer and dryer, and comes with a shelf behind to store laundry accessories.  

The room has plenty of space for extra storage.
